If I just get a vanilla copy of the game and not the Game of the Year edition, will I be sacrificing any trophies?
Does the DLC for this have trophies?

No. I think you won't be able to play with the Joker on challenges and that's really about it. You're good on the trophies though.

Nah, it doesn't matter...but you should be able to find the GOTY edition fairly cheap now which will allow you to play as the Joker.

Yeah, I've found that Gamestop (on the website at least) doesn't even seem to want to carry new copies of Arkham Asylum non-GotY. $30 is still a little steep since a few days ago I wasn't even considering the game, but we'll see.Nah, it doesn't matter...but you should be able to find the GOTY edition fairly cheap now which will allow you to play as the Joker.

If you have a WalMart close by, go check there. I saw one at ours for $19.99 on the cheapie rack.
