when i've completed the game on easy. can I use the level select and complete the game on hard with the bulletproof cheat

Don't think so fella, need to go through from start to finish on hard. Hard should have been your first run fella as it is no harder, you could mabey restart now on hard if you are not to far through it already?

First off you have to complete the game to unlock Cheats, then to actually use the cheats you have to complete certain Time Trials

Textureless Cheat ... Clear the game (any difficulty).
Show enemy health ... Clear Bolivia under 12:30 in Time Trials.
Infinite MG415 Ammo ... Clear Peru under 21:30 in Time Trials.
Infinite RC650 Ammo ... Clear Japan under 12:15 in Time Trials.
Infinite shotgun Ammo ... Clear Ghana under 20:00 in Time Trials.
Infinite grenade launcher ... Clear Kazakhstan under 27:10 in Time Trials.
Bulletproof Lara ... clear England under 27:00 in Time Trials.
One hit deaths ... Clear Bolivia (stage 8) under 4:15 in Time Trials.
Unlock Excalibur ... Clear Nepal under 13:40 in Time Trials.
Unlock the Soul Reaver ... Clear the game and complete all time trials.

once you have unlocked the cheat you will have no problem using it and still earning trophies, also note you can only use one cheat at a time

I was doing hard mode till the final boss in Bolivia Redux but I couldn't beat him. then I read you can save your game then switch to easy then beat him then compleate England Time Trial then you'll get the bulletproof cheat but then it was too late as I couldn't switch difficulties.
