So after doing 30+ quests for Vex and Devlin I've only been sent on one "special" mission. Is there something I'm doing wrong here? Am I glitched? I'm pulling my hair out with this repetitive crap. Thoughts? Comments? Plz anything....

You need to do 5 different missions in each of the holds, I think 
I remember doing loads before getting any of the special missions, then loads came at once.

Yup. Once you complete 5 jobs each in WHITERUN, SOLITUDE, WINDHELM and MARKARTH, you'll be given the special jobs for those cities. The other holds don't matter, it's just the major cities. Except RIFTEN since the Thieves Guild already "own" it.

Well that explains Riften, I've done tons of jobs there. Guess I'll keep at it after I do some other stuff for a while, I need a break from all those loading screens. Thanks guys.
