OK folks. Starting in August, I'm going to do a monthly giveaway just like BDKSimba is doing. The only thing is I'm going do it based on trophies, not for spamming having the most posts Whoever has the most amount of points by the end of each month will be the winner.

I'm going to give prizes for the top 2 people that post here. I will post the monthly winners as time goes by within the first few days of the new month. We'll see how this goes. Hopefully, it will run smooth. Let me know if you have questions. Last, but not least: please put the plat and percentage of it in this post, this way I can do the math with no problem. The monthly contest will end on the last day of each month at 11:59 PM EST (GMT-4). The winner will be announced, then standings will be started over for the new month.

My idea is not only promote more activity on here, but to motivate people as well. I think this is a good way to perhaps push people to finish their games too

This time around, I'm going to implement a points system. I'll change it to how it was the first two times next time, if this doesn't work. Basically whoever has the most points wins.

Points For Each Type of Rarity

• Ultra Rare 25 points
• Very Rare 10 points
• Rare 5 points
• Uncommon 3 points
• Common 1 point

Rules

• Must be a member for at least a month with 25 posts

1st Place Winner

• One PSN Card of $20 or of equivalent currency and/or premium membership on this site. If you're already a premium member, then you'll just get the card.

2nd Place Winner

• Premium Membership

Hmm, a fun challenge. Could lead to some interesting trophy collecting strategy too. Say, I could spend July playin games with said platinums, but stop one trophy from earning a plat. Then, after this month's challenge is over and the game resets, earn all those games platinums for a "plat boost".

I just like to find strategies like this. But it is a cool and generous idea. May even get people to test out games they may otherwise have never played.
