Something happened to the Ghost recon trophies. A DLC came out earlier this week and it somehow messed up the trophies and percentages. When you go to the game now it shows 0.00% for all trophies.

That happens when there are DLC trophies added to a game. It sorts itself out eventually though.

Yep, this happens when DLC gets released. Give it a little bit to sort itself out and it'll be fine.
