I use the classic default theme. Sometimes I change it to the 25 anniversary or the Skyrim one.

Couldn't really find a proper pic on google therefore I will only mention that I am currently using Prince's of Persia theme and it's really amazing imo. Before this one I was using ACR theme, but this one suits my taste better xfd

I started with anniversary and it feels so nostalgic 
They really made it pretty, that's what i actually like to call 'a remake'.

I usually download a theme/wallpaper for whatever game in into at the moment, unless its just a trophy hunting game. Right now its district 9, as I coudlnt find anything for Fall of Cybertron
