This can only be done on New Game plus, when you complete the game you'll have the option to save at the end, then when in the menu instead of doing 'new game' go to continue or load and load that save data, and then you'll start the game again as New Game plus, complete it again. After the games credits, at the beach, run all the way to the cliffs and behind the first big rock a lil to the left you will find the watermelons just pick one up with  and take it to Yorda, you'll see an alternate ending cutscene and the trophy will pop up. |

Spiked Club Acquire spiked club |

On the way to the west gate you will be in a small garden with a water mill that you must stop. Beside this water mill is a building (that you just came out of, through its window, after a "piston jump"). Opening the door to this building is made by pressing the outside switch between the stairway and a TREE (this TREE will be used later on). Inside this building there are three arcade shaped brick walls. The middle brick wall looks brighter than the two others and is in fact a secret door that can be pushed (  ) to reveal a secret room downstairs.REGULAR METHOD (basketball game) Bringing Yorda downstairs, over the circular ring stone on the floor will reveal a stone "basket" (like in basketball game) that will raise from the ground. Go take the "ball" that’s hidden in the TREE, outside, by the stairway. Simply hit the tree (  ) to make the ball fall on the ground and then pick it up ( ).Throw it ( ) into the basket downstairs (like when you want to mark in basketball game) to reveal the secret weapon "spiked club".The problem of this method is that it’s difficult and it takes time. It’s might also happen that the ball unfortunately stick to the edge of the basket and that you can’t pick it up back in your hands. FAST AND EASY METHOD (place ball before raising basket) It’s very much easier to simply place the "ball" ( ) on top of the "basket" before making the latter raise from the floor !After a little while with this spiked club in hands, the trophy will unlock. Unscathed Escape Clear the game without viewing a game over screen |

If you see the game-over screen, don’t continue: to unlock this trophy, always quit and then reload your game from main menu instead. Also good to know that the trophy will not be disabled if you continue, play around for a while, and then quit (do not save). Just quit and reload from main menu when you want to stop testing and come back to your actual run / game save. Avoiding to continue is also convenient if you are trying to speed-run the game (as the time spent between last save and dying is retained in total time). |
