For this trophy, you must jump over the wooden "walls" in the Kayaking levels and collect the coins/jewels floating above them. They have 3 coins and 2 Jewels floating over them and there are 2 in each Kayaking level. I found Kayaking 2 easier as you have a little more time and less rapids at these "walls". It might take a little practice but, it's not too bad. When you get close to the wall, stop paddling and just steer to line yourself up; jump once you are in front of it, jump and grab all the coins and both jewels (to be safe). I'm not 100% sure of the exact requirement here because I missed one of the jewels on 2-3 of my attempts and I think it still counted. Once you finish the level, choose Restart and repeat. If you are able to get both jumps each run, you will have the trophy upon completing the level for the 5th time.

About half way through the level, you will see a waterfall in the distance ahead of you. The bully will pop up on screen and drop trees in your way. The cave entrance is immediately after the 2nd downed tree on the left side. The trophy will pop up right around the time you exit the cave.

You can easily grab this trophy by completing Sporting Clays. In this event, you will have to shoot clays from 5 different stations. You will have 5 bullets at each and as long as you hit clays with all 5 bullets at each station, the trophy will pop up upon completion of the event.
