The Boss battle with Tiamat is a long one, and Tiamat inflicts considerable damage; so patience is required. Keep your distance and use the Charged Blade for all but the final attack/takedown.There are 2 parts to this boss fight:Part 1: You will need to hit Tiamat 2 seperate times with inert Sticky Bombs. Throw a inert Sticky Bomb onto Tiamat, and using your Blade, chain a fire/Sticky Bomb combo to ignite the bomb. Once the bomb explodes, run up and inflict as much damage as possible before Tiamat regains composure. Repeat once more and Tiamat will now be on the ground and ready for part 2 of the fight. Timing is key as Tiamat is flying above you and breathing fire at you. Be sure to use your dash (R1) ability. It will also help to keep locked on (L2) to more easily avoid his areal attacks.Part 2:Tiamat is tough, and close combat is not suggested. Lock onto Tiamat (L2), and using your blade, charge it up (hold down R2) and while still locked on, release the charged Blade at Tiamat. If you remain locked on, the Blade will hit the mark every time. After you release the blade, be sure to dash (R1) to keep out of Tiamats way. After you hit Tiamat 3 times, he will rush you and the "instant kill" button will appear...be quick and hit it. When you do, Tiamat will be knocked to the back of the ring, dazed. Do NOT approach Tiamat yet...keep your distance and keep attacking with the Charged Blade, keeping yourself locked on and dashing. You will repeat this attack method 4 times. Each time, Tiamat will be stunned, but only for a short period. (If you try and attack too soon, Tiamat will deal you a death blow quickly.) Keep an eye on Tiamat, and after the 4th time you stun him, he will stay there. Using your dash ability, run up and unleash a fury of attacks on him, jumping and attacking, and then dasing away quickly. Repeat this 3 times and a cut scene will appear. You have defeated Tiamat.

Common
After meeting Ulthane, you'll be attacke by Angels. You and Ulthane will be working as a team to kill off the "pigeons" for several minutes through the next few areas. There will be 75 Angels altogether so you will need to reach 38 kills in order to beat Ulthane. You can see your progress with an on-screen counters of both your kills in the top right of the screen. I did this on Apocalyptic and had over 50 kills so it shouldn't be too difficult. Once you get the redemption gun, you should be able to take a good lead. Stay back a good distance an take out the Angels near Ulthane first unless you are getting hurt bad. Once you have reached 38 kills, you just need to stay alive and finish out the remaining Angels. You should get the trophy when Ulthane props open the door for you.

"Caskets" are simply the chest-like things you find all over. They each contain one of several possible "treasures" (Green Souls, Blue Souls, a Wraith Shard, or a Life Shard). There are also "caskets" that contain dungeon items like area Maps, Beholder keys, or weapon enhancements. Every one that you find counts toward this trophy. This should unlock naturally over the course of your playthrough. If you don't have this trophy before fighting the final boss, you will have to load an earlier save file and scour each area. These do not carry over to a new playthrough.

Towards the end of the game (The Black Throne), you can get a special item (Fury's Embrace) that will make finding all the chests much easier as it puts on icon on your map(s) for each one not found.

This will unlock the Harvester (takes place of the Scythe) and can purchase it from Vulgrim for 0 souls. If you already purchased the Scythe, you can enter the code and your Scythe will "upgrade" to the Harvester in your inventory. This code does not disable trophies! You can use

Pieces and Locations

• Scalding Gallow: As you leave the Library, on the right hand side you will see a platform you cannot reach. On one of the pillars of this platform there is a red growth with a bomb conveniently attached to the growth. Throw a car, or any other object, at the bomb, and the explosion will cause the pillar to fall, allowing you to reach that platform. You can also use your Crossblade, but the car is probably easier, so you get the piece right when you get there.

• Scalding Gallow: Standing by the Vulgrim location and looking over at Samael's prison you will see a small path. Do a single jump towards it and when you are about half way down, glide forward against the wall until Shadowflight deactivates. Follow the path up to chest, then jump out and use the Shadowflight point to get back up.

• Twilight Cathedral: After you collect the three holes swords and raising the circular platform up out of the floor (where you access the door to the end boss) turn around and hop up the pushable block onto the balcony. To the left is a door with a Goremaw above it. Use your shiny new Crossblade to stun it and run through the door to claim the armor piece and some other toys.

• Drowned Pass: Before doing the shadow challenges (or afterwards if you miss it) dive underwater near the entrance to this area (to the left) to find the armor piece in one of the caves. You actually go to this cave during the shadow challenges but you can't open chests in the real world while in the Shadow realm.

• Drowned Pass: After completing all shadow challenges you'll be given this by the Tormented Gate at the end.

• The Hollow: As you progress through this level you will be in a tunnel where a Gholen Demon smashes through the right wall to attack you. The armor piece is where the demon smashed through the wall inside a small room.

• Silitha's Loom: After fighting the first Loom Warden you'll find yourself in a room with a Chronosphere and a grapple point (red) above it. Grapple up to find the armor.

• Ashlands: Ride to the cliff, east of the three connected mining towers in the Ashlands, to find a shadow flight point. Up here is a Soldier Artifact and some grapple points (red) use these to get onto the roof of the drilling tower where an armor piece is located.

• The Black Throne: In the third tower you will come across some red Crystals (bomb them) destroy them to find your armor.

• Eden: On the way towards the Tree of Knowledge run out into the lake area (This lake area where the armor fragment is located behind a waterfall. So search thoroughly) and claim your final piece of armor, a wrath shard and some other items. If you missed these the game is fibbing when it says you can't go back, the portal next to Azrael in Leviathan's Drift takes you back here. Just go back BEFORE reforging the Armageddon Blade and talking to Azrael.

Destroy a helicopter during the apocalypse with a vehicle
26.88%
Uncommon
This takes place right at the start of the game. You will be working your way through the tutorials on the streets. You'll see cars scattered around that can be blown up or picked up and used as a weapon.

Keep an eye out for helicopters flying overhead. Once you spot one, grab the nearest vehicle and chuck it at the helicopter. To throw a vehicle, pick it up with circle followed by r3 to activate "aiming mode". You will notice a reticle on-screen now that you can move around with your right stick. Press r2 to throw the vehicle. The helicopters are moving at a good pace so you will need to lead it a bit (throw your vehicle out in front of the helicopter - just a little - directly in it's flight path). If you timed it right, the vehicle will hit and destroy the helicopter. The trophy will take a few seconds to pop up so just sit still for a bit.

If it doesn't pop up, you can always do this on a new game since it's right at the beginning. If you don't want to wait, restart from your last checkpoint.
