this one is kinda troublesome; play the game from start to finish and clear all levels include the chaos emerald stages, once you've done go to the leaderboard and wait til the game upload your scores / times, note that you need to upload all your scores and times manually, meaning once you upload your scores & times for the first level scroll to the next level and wait for the system to upload where you've placed and so goes on til this trophy popped out, you don't need to get a higher scores and place high on the leaderboard just make sure to beat every single level on the game before doing so.
