Story related but missable.

You’ll get this quest upon completing the first main quest called 'Escape!'.

Upon entering Megaton you’ll be stopped by Lucas Simms the town sheriff who’ll ask you what your business here in Megaton is. Once you’re done talking to the sheriff, go to Moriarty's Saloon and get the information on your Father (It's on the top floor and is a bar/pub). If you fail the speech check you will have to do a little errand for him which involves going to Springvale to see this girl about money, do what you have to to finish this errand quickly. After you obtain the information about your father from Moriarty you’ll be given a map marker for Galaxy News Radio. Getting to the marker will not be easy as you need to go through the Metro and that’s not a nice place, especially for beginners. There's nasty things down there such as ghouls which whip you with their lanky arms and there's a couple of super mutants too. Some good advice is make sure you check out the Super Duper Mart, it's full of weak raiders which have lovely hunting rifles to scavenge. There's lots of ammo, medical supplies and nuka cola quantums (collectables) too.

When you finally get out of the Metro you'll be ambushed by some super mutants, head down the alley in which the marker points and you'll find the BoS (Brotherhood of Steel); these guys are your allies and will help kill the mutants. Once you reach the GNR building you’ll have to kill a Super Mutant Behemoth and a few super mutants, grab the Fat Man by the dead BoS next to the statue to take the behemoth out quickly. Once they’re dead use the Intercom to the right of the door and enter the building. The trophy will pop once you start talking to Three Dog.

This trophy is missable if you do ANY of the following:

Visit Three Dog in GNR without first speaking to Moriarty in Megaton.
Retrieve your Fathers’ journals from the Jefferson Memorial before being asked to do so by Dr Li in Rivet City.
Going straight to Rivet City's science lab to see Doctor Li before being given the quest to do so.
Going straight to Vault 112 (Smith Casey's Garage) where your Father is trapped in the simulation program.

Story related but missable.

Even though this trophy is listed as missable, you’d have to go out of your way to miss it as you’d have to kill Three Dog when you first meet him instead of talking to him. Also if you pass the speech challenge you will not be given the quest, speak to him again then you'll get the quest.

In return for information on your father, Three Dog wants you to help repair the GNR transmitter but to do so you need to retrieve the Satellite Dish from the Lunar Lander that’s in the Museum of Technology. The Museum is full of Super Mutants so go prepared for a fight. Once you’ve fought your way through all the Super Mutants in the lobby, make your way to the West Wing and to the Lander. After you’ve retrieved the Satellite Dish, make your way out of the museum and to the Washington Monument.

Getting to the Washington Monument will be difficult as, like the Museum, the area is crawling with Super Mutants but once you get close to the Memorial, The Brotherhood of Steel will provide cover fire if any get too close. It's not too hard as most mutants are in the trenches and can't really get you. Once at the Monument go inside, take the lift to the top and install the new dish.

After you leave the Washington Monument return to Three Dog and turn in the Quest. The trophy should pop during your conversation with Three Dog.

This quest is rather straightforward, talk to Uncle Roe in Canterburry Commons and he will tell you about the 'war' going on between the Mechanist & Ant-agonist. Ask him about whats going on and he will give you the quest which only means talking to either faction to end the dispute. Choose to take on the quest and help Uncle Roe, he will give you 400 caps max. if your speech skill us up high enough(mine was below 45 doing this quest and i still got Success doing so). Once you finish talking to a couple other people, like his little nephew, you will get 2 different map markers. One leads to the Robot Facility, the other, towards the Ant-agonist's Lair(go the ant-agonist route, unless you feel the need to battle blood thirsty robots, go the robot way). Once inside the Ant Lair, find your way to an activation switch that will open the lower levels and make your way to the Ant 'Queen'. Talk to her and she will tell you to bug-off kind of, and then a battle ensues. Fight your way through the ant pile and kill the queen to finish up this quest(best bet is to just throw a few grenades her way). Once you speak with Uncle Roe again, you will be rewarded your caps and Quest Completed for the trophy!! One more side note, if you go to the front of the Robot Facility, there is a group of Wasteland Wanderer's, if you talk to one he will tell you about the 'Oasis'(another city discovered and side quest once recieved) he will tell you only enough to get the Oasis marker visible on your map and then he will start shooting at you, with his 4 goons of course. Take him out and his friends for a little bit of loot and you will have Oasis now available on your map as well!! Happy Traveling!!!!

There are five behemoths in total, here are the locations: GNR Building Plaza - If you follow the main quest correctly you'll come across this location along the way, join up with the Brotherhood of steel and they'll reveal it for you, and help with the fight. West of Jury Street Metro in the train yards - You'll have to trigger this encounter, go to the location and look for a small cart cage, take the Teddy Bear within and fight the Behemoth. Evergreen Mills locked in a cage - A massive raider encampment, the Behemoth is locked up in a fenced off pen, shoot the generator and it'll be let loose on the raiders. In the Capitol Building rotunda - Enter the Capitol building through the west enterance, search around for the big room with the giant in, cant miss it. There will be a big free-for-all battle here, sit back and let them fight it out or join in. In between Takoma Park and Takoma Industrial - Another battle between two factions here, if you let it play out the likelyhood is the mercenaries will lose, simply pick off the final super mutants and more importantly the Behemoth.

DO NOT complete the last mission before earning this trophy!!! you will have to restart the whole game if you do! (unless you have a previous save of course). the last one is inside the Enclave base which is only open to you in the last mission. and you blow the whole base up in the end of the mission so you're f***ed if you don't collect it. i had to restart my game and complete it only to earn this trophy and yes it was indeed a huge pain in the a**

This is a rather tough one due to the fact that throughout the quest, you encounter plenty of Deathclaws. Believe me, just one of these bad boys is enough to make you want to turn the hell around and call it a day. I somehow managed to get through without using the Dart Gun or Cap Mines(as you probably should) by 1st. Obtaining plenty of Ammo and guns, the Combat Shotgun, Assault Rifle, and Grenades work very well. And 2nd. Staying as far away from the Deathclaws as possible by either sneaking or running in circles to try and confuse them. You may run into into a few Century Turrets along the way, but i also manged to just run around them and avoid them altogether. Once you get past all the trouble it is only the matter of obtaining the Tesla Coil and returning it to Palidan Tristan(once you get past the century turrets there is a room to turn off the tesla coil, if u dont and try and grab it you die ;) so just turn the switch off, grab the coil and book it outta there . The trophy will pop once you have given up the coil to Palidan and the quest is done! Hope this helps!
