In order to prepare for this, ensure you do all the training you are able to do. This should put you up around level 5... don't forget to increase your stat points in the Dragon's Den of the Hero's House!

During the tournament, you may exit the tournament (in between fights) by pressing circle . You can then go heal/feed/rest your dragon as well as save your game. When you return, you will be in the same position as before... simply continue this way until you win the Tournament.

I would recommend doing this on the playthrough where you are going for 4 level 25 dragons...

In order to prepare for this, ensure you do all the training and challenges you are able to do... don't forget to increase your stat points in the Dragon's Den of the Hero's House!

During the tournament, you may exit (in between fights) by pressing circle . You can then go save your game in case you screw up and fail during one of the fights. When you return, you will be in the same position as before... simply continue this way until you win the Tournament.

Valiant
Win the third Tournament always fighting the lowest rated opponent.
39.44%
Uncommon
The tournament leaderboard shows the current rank and number of tournament points each opponent has. You must fight the person with the lowest rank each time. This will take several more fights as your points will be going up slowly but, you will eventually make it to the top and prevail. You get a nice trophy for your efforts.

Due to the excessive number of fights you may wish to exit the tournament to feed/heal/rest your dragon(s). You may do so (in between fights) by pressing circle

While you are at the Hero's House, you may also want to check the stat points and distribute them as desired; this can be easily overlooked due to all the grinding through training and challenges. It makes the fights much easier when you are within a level or 2 of your opponents.

I would recommend doing this on the playthrough where you are going for 4 level 25 dragons...

The tournament leaderboard shows the current rank and number of tournament points each opponent has. You must fight the person with the highest rank each time. This will take fewer fights as your points will be going up by the max; once you finish the final fight, you will earn the trophy.

In order to prepare for this, ensure you do all the training and challenges you are able to do... don't forget to increase your stat points in the Dragon's Den of the Hero's House!

During the tournament, you may exit (in between fights) by pressing circle . You can then go save your game as well as feed/heal/rest your dragon(s). When you return, you will be in the same position as before... simply continue this way until you win the Tournament.

Invulnerable
Win the final Championship with none of your dragons being KO.

i would suggest you go for this on the playthrough where you get 4 dragons to level 25...

This can be a pain and is definitely the hardest trophy pertaining to the tournaments. You will have to square up against 4 other dragons without getting your 1st KO'd for each round of the tournament. I would highly suggest exiting between rounds by hitting circle Go feed/heal/rest your dragon(s) and save your game after each round.

To prepare for this, you will need to have a dragon at level 22-25; this means you will have to perform all training (melee and fire) as well as complete all difficulties of each challenge (getting Gold medals) with your dragon of choice.

Strategy:
*******************************
My suggestion is to use the standard triangle attack over and over while keeping yourself at maximum range. Use the Quick Dash backward if you get too close or accidentally use the Triple triangle combo. I have a YouTube video demonstrating this technique here: http://youtu.be/joDKyyaSc18 NOTE: the video was done in Arcade mode on Hard difficulty but, the method is the same.

This will come naturally during the playthrough where you get 4 dragons to level 25. Simply complete all Melee and Fire training and the trophy is yours. These are very easy and progressively offer you more XP the further you progress.

Stoick will tell you about the Training Cave and show you where to go early on in the game but, if you happen to forget where it is... it's left of the bridge to the Wild Zone.

Legendary Fighter
Win all wild fights.

There are 17 Wild Fights. You may access them after completing the mission where you had to win your Dragons back from the Viking in the Wild Zone. The fights will cost Gold and range from 350-1,000 each fight.

NOTE: You may wan to hold off on completing these until you have 10,000 gold for the "Viking Gold" trophy.

They will unlock as you progress through the "story"; the first several fights will unlock Legendary Dragons (that can be used in Arcade mode). Once you have unlocked all the Legendary Dragons available here, you will receive 60,000 XP for all 4 of your dragons for each fight. This is where you will be able to get all 4 dragons to level 25.

Shopping Master
Spend 10,000 gold at the shop.
35.85%
Uncommon
You may want to hold off on this until you have 10,000 gold, in hand, for the "Viking Gold" trophy. Once you have 10,000 gold, go to the shop located near the Tournament Arena entrance and press square to interact. You can purchase all the Recipes (for roughly 6,000 gold) and will then need to purchase normal items to spend the rest. There are 2 types of items... a) regular items b) rare items; since you will have to reload the area a few times anyway, purchase everything in stock. Go to your Hero's House and enter... leave the House and go back to the shop. Purchase everything in his inventory and repeat until you have spent 10,000 gold.

NOTE: You can get the trophy and keep your Gold! If you don't care about keeping the items/recipes then you can save your game before buying anything. Spend the 10,000 and once the trophy pops up, re-load your save. All the items you can purchase in the shop (excluding recipes) are available to find throughout the map or won via the Challenges. The Recipes are needed for another trophy but, you can still get that trophy with the same method (save game) listed above.

You will need roughly 6,000 gold to purchase all recipes in the shop; if you don't care about actually keeping them (which they aren't needed to do well), you can save right before doing this. Once the trophy pops up, just load up your save and you will still have all your money.

2) Found in barrels (Village)
3) Harvested from gardens (Village)
4) Found under rocks (Village or Wild Zone)
5) Catching Chicken/Sheep (Village)
6) Catching Boar (Wild Zone)
7) Won via the Challenges (Wild Zone)

Once you have amassed 1,000 common ingredients in your inventory, the trophy will pop up.

Once you have 100 rare ingredients in your inventory, the trophy will pop up.

Dragon Doctor
Have 4 dragons in a great shape in Story mode.
56.25%
Common
Obviously, you will need 4 dragons to achieve this trophy; since you start the game with only 1, you will be required to progress through the tournaments (i.e. the "Story") until you recruit 3 more. After winning each tournament, you will be awarded with a new dragon of your choice; run down to the docks and pick a new dragon.

The shape of your dragon(s) depends on 5 factors (Food, Health, Mood, Trust, and Rest). In the Dragon's Den, you can feed Common/Rare ingredients to your dragon to increase each of these attributes (There are also Recipes that will accomplish these tasks more efficiently but, that's for another tip).

Your Dragon's "shape" can be quickly ascertained by looking at their avatar in your inventory screen. There is a colored bar going around the outside of their image... if this bar is Blue, their "shape" is Great. Feed all 4 of your dragons the respective ingredients to fill each of the stat bars and this trophy is yours.

In order to accomplish this you will need to do all training (Melee and Fire), achieve Gold in all levels of the challenges, and win all Wild fights. This will take a fair amount of time as you have to do all these things with all 4 dragons. The wild fights will be the exception as all your dragons will get roughly 60,000 XP for each wild fight win after all legendary dragons have been unlocked. I would recommend you save the wild fights for last.

I found this easiest with the following setup...

Difficulty: Easy
My Dragon: Deadly Nadder Level 25 with everything Maxed out (except fire) Imported from Story Mode
Opponent: Night Fury (Top Row... low level)

Once the fight starts, be ready to hit triangle as your opponent usually tries an early attack. Then it's all about keeping yourself at max distance and utilizing the single triangle attack over and over until they fall. I have a video demonstrating this technique (on Hard Mode) here: http://youtu.be/joDKyyaSc18

There is no counter or Statistics page to show your progress; you will just have to keep getting Perfect victories until the trophy pops up.

Simply play (or just have the game running - not paused) the game for 20 hours to earn this trophy.

Everything you do counts toward this... Free roam collecting items, playing challenges, training, tournaments, etc... Arcade mode also counts toward this if you are using the same save file as you did for Story Mode.
