Really simple as you'll obtain this on the very first level, first off hit the pollen sack (little green pod) to collect pollen, then just move around the edges and you should start to see flowers appear do this enough in certain areas and fruit trees start to grow.

Take notcie of the two little progress bars at the bottom of the screen, the one of the left is how far you are into the level and the one on the right is how much of the flowers you have pollenated, keep an eye on this bar. If you reach the end of the level and this bar is not full head back and check around to see if you missed any flowers, this trophy will appear when you have 100% of the flowers on level 15 if you have 100% on all other levels.
