This trophy is easy to miss and is one that drives most people crazy. There are 7 Demerits that you have to get in order to achieve this trophy, 3 of them you will get through the main storyline and can not be missed. The other 4 are: 1. Try to pry the gate open with the tire iron to enter Hill Valley (This is the one Demerit that most people miss). You have to do this at the beginning of the game! 2. Jump up at hit the statue in the middle of the Town Square 3. Misuse the intercom in the Town Square. Keep pushing the intercom button until you are given a Demerit. 4. Loitering: Walk over to the guard shack near the Courthouse, select the guard shack, and interact with it. The police officer will give you a Demerit for loitering.

Unlike the title of the trophy, you don't coax Edna out of the courthouse. When you first enter Hill Valley, the camera will pan to a intercom on the wall near the courthouse. When you make it over to the courthouse to speak to Edna, continue pressing the intercom button until Edna eventually storms out of the courthouse to disconnect the intercom.
