If you need to grind damage points for this, start Challenge 19. As soon as it begins, take your worm a bit to the right and detonate a sheep on the enemy worms clustered to your right. As soon as the damage registers (or the next worm's turn begins), quit the game and start Challenge 19 again. All in all it should take about 30 or 40 seconds to do each cycle and you get a couple hundred (maybe even 500) damage each time you do this. If you already did all the other trophies, then this one shouldn't take very long since it's cumulative damage from all the other games you played.
