Before you even start your playthrough, start a new game, set the difficulity on hard as soon as you can, then start a new game again and good luck. The game isn't that difficult on hard, but there are somethings to keep in mind. You should upgrade damage resistance asap. Also, you should upgrade Shock grenade and Megawatt Hammer as much as you can, and upgrade Lightning Bolt and Shockwave just once. Don't also forget to upgrade Electric Drain, it'll help you a lot. I found this easier to do on Evil karma, but that's just my opinion. Good karma powers are more powerful if your aim is good ;).

This trophy isn't hard to get. Not too complicated if you follow these instructions. Start the game. Do the first few missions...till you can walk around the map. I recommend you do this on easy so you don't die while walking around the maps. Sometimes the game can spawn you all the way across the map when you die so to save time...do this on easy. Next, I recommend you print out a colored version of the map below and find a sewing needle. You can also use a pen but I found the needle made a smaller hole and since the shards are sometimes next to each other It can be a pain to see which one you already got. When ever you find a shard, poke a hole in the paper and keep doing this till you find all of them in the Neon District.

In the Neon District there are 147 shards to be found. The Neon District is the one on the very bottom.

Since you are using a sewing needle to poke a hole in the paper...please be careful. Most of all, please don't leave the needle in reach of children and pets!!!

Happy hunting and be patient....you'll get them all =)

Half way through the story...or maybe a little less you'll get access to the Warren District. Just play a couple story missions and you should be able to enter Warren. I recommend you do this on easy so you don't die while walking around the maps. Sometimes the game can spawn you all the way across the map when you die so to save time...do this on easy. Next, I recommend you print out a colored version of the map below and find a sewing needle. When ever you find a shard, poke a hole in the paper and keep doing this till you find all of them in the Warren District.

In the Warren District there are 135 shards to be found. The Warren district is the top left one.

For this trophy you're gonna have to play story missions to get to the Historic District. It wont take you long, if you just keep playing story after story missions til you get to Historic. I recommend you do this on easy so you don't die while walking around the maps. Sometimes the game can spawn you all the way across the map when you die so to save time...do this on easy. Next, I recommend you print out a colored version of the map below and find a sewing needle. When ever you find a shard, poke a hole in the paper and keep doing this till you find all of them in the Historic District.

In the Historic District there are 68 shards to be found. The Historic District is in the top right. It's also the smallest one.

This is the hardest/most time consuming trophy and its only a bronze! To make your life easier and make this trophy only time consuming I highly suggest printing out a map and getting a pen before you start the game. With a map and pen you can cross out each shard as you progress through the game.

You will have obtained this trophy by the end of your play through. Just make sure you travel a lot using your Static Thrusters every chance you get, once you obtain them. Jumping off of Alden's Tower and Thrusting across town is an easy method to obtaining this trophy.

32.64%

Always use the rails if you can it's the fastest way of transport so you may get it naturally but if don't, just hop on and hold the left stick up. I suggest watching the game because train may hit you (drive on the right side, so that there's a lesser chance of train hitting you.)

Evil to the Core
Purchase every negative Karma upgrade for each power.
21.21%
Uncommon
To complete this trophy, you have to buy all EVIL karma powers. That means you don't have to purchase Thunder Drop upgrades, melee upgrades or Gigawatt Blades. I suggest you don't even buy these, so that you don't have to do another playthrough just for this trophy. (happened to me :/) You also have to purchase the powers that unlock for completing evil side missions. Note that if you complere just one good side mission, you can't get this trophy on that playthrough.
By xMartyZz on May 30th, 2012
True Hero
Purchase every positive Karma upgrade for each power.
28.80%

For this one, you have to buy all of the good karma powers. So you have to buy grenades rockets etc... but you don't have to buy damage reduction, melee damage, drain upgrades, polarity wall or gigawatt blades. You buy those that are blue.

Easiest thing to do is to do main mission ''The Rescue'' over and over. However, if you already beat the game, you can do side missions called ''El Train''. If you beat even those, I found a great video on youtube that might help you: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8Wxtj4Ai7N8

Drain 750 megawatts of power from Empire City.
48.03%
Uncommon
You should get this naturally but there's a shortcut for this one. When doing any mission in the sewers, there's that electric thing you have to re-estabilish. If you hold l2 , you'll start draining it. Then hold the PS button and turn of the controller. Go make yourself a sandwich and come back after 15 minutes. Turn the controller back on, Throw a Shock grenade or something and the trophy should pop up. I advise you to buy first upgrade at Electric Drain, so taht you can drain electricity faster.

Get Off My Cloud
Get 100 High Fall take downs.
26.19%
Uncommon
To do this, you have to take out 100 enemies by pushing them of a building (just something high, usually building). It's easiest to do with Shockwave. Best place to do this is Warren, since there are lots of Dust Men there, they die after they hit the ground unlike First Sons, and there are lots of high buildings.
By xMartyZz on May 30th, 2012
Red Baron
Take down 100 enemies while they are airborne.
62.73%
Common
It's easier on your good karma playthrough with upgraded Shockwave, which makes enemies fly in the sky for a short time after they're hit. Just blast 'em and shoot them while they're floating in the air hundred times and it's done. I got it naturally on my good karma playthough. If you don't, try blasting enemies in Warren off a roof and shooting them. You'll get it in no time.

Very time consuming so it's best to do this while you're actually doing a play through of the story. It's best to do this if you're doing a good karma play through as healing a pedestrian will give you good karma.
