Wolves serve as the games elite enemy type, and can be identified by their unique marking (the trophy image, minus the circle). You will encounter plenty of these units throughout the story, and upon killing the 50th one this trophy will unlock. You will likely unlock this towards the end of Act 4, and if not you can always travel between enemy bases (enemy bases marked with the wolf marking contain solely wolf enemies) later to get more kills.
